20% Perennial Ryegrass
10% Chewing Fescue
10% Red Fescue

Contains grasses that prefer full sun or light moving shade. Will tolerate light foot traffic. Requires approx. 10-28 days for germination after soils reach 60°. Seed may be planted March-May and again August-mid October.

Seeding Rates
Bare Ground: 4-6 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
Established/Thin lawns: 2-3 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
For best results, wait to seed until last chance of frost has passed.
