Online Shopping Curbside Pickup Policy
Orders placed through our website are only available for curbside pickup (we do not offer shipping at this time). Larger orders may be eligible for local delivery; please contact us by phone prior to placing your order for details.
Rick’s will email you when your order is ready for pickup. We will do our best to fulfill orders the same day they are placed, but it may take us up to 48 hours (or potentially longer) when order volume is high. When placing an order, please allow longer processing time for orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays. Please note, we are closed on Sundays during the off-season and those orders will be processed the following business day.
Orders can only be picked up during our normal business hours. Orders must be picked up from our nursery area. Please enter through the alley gate by Cy’s or through our gate on Armstrong Avenue (1830 Armstrong Ave) and park in one of the designated curbside pickup spots. Call us at (719) 632-8491 and tell the clerk you are picking up an order. Please provide your first and last name and identify which curbside parking spot you are in.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items from curbside orders. See our return policies for details on specific items.
Note about holiday items: No refunds are given on sale items, food products, Christmas trees, wreaths, greenery and other live holiday decor.
