What is more romantic than a red rose? This Valentine's Day, come spend some time learning all about roses with us! Rick's Garden Center is happy to host guest speaker, Dr. Ron Royce, a member of the Pikes Peak Rose Society. Ron is a dynamic speaker and is very passionate and knowledgeable about roses and their care. In 2025, Ron will be helping us with a rose class series. This is the first of four you will have access to this year. Plan on coming to all four!

If you are interested in getting into the world of roses, this introductory class is for you! Ron plans to start from the ground level and go through basic botanical definitions for beginning rosarians. Participants shall walk away with recommended
roses that are great for beginners and our foothills region. Basic disease identification will also be covered.

Rick's Garden Center will provide the list of roses we plan on stocking for spring 2025. Participants will also receive 50% off any Gauntlet style gloves. Bring a printed copy or screenshot of your ticket to the register to receive the 50% discount.
