Description

This High Altitude Native Grass Mix is comprised of 75% native grasses commonly found at elevations above 8,000 feet. Once established, it is drought-tolerant and requires far less maintenance than other ‘introduced’ grasses. A good companion mix for wildflowers, this mix will reach 12 to 18 inches when matured. This mix contains mostly bunch grasses.

Seeding Rate

Bare Ground: 2-3 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
Established/Thin Lawns: 1-2 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
For best results, wait to seed until last chance of frost has passed.
