This is a mix of clump and turf grasses that will achieve a height of 1.5-2 feet at maturity. This mix can withstand foot traffic and is very drought tolerant – making it perfect for Colorado's conditions. It may need one mowing per year.

Seeding Rate
Bare Ground: 2-3 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
Established/Thin Lawns: 1-1.5 pounds per sq ft
For best results, wait to seed until chance of last frost has passed.
