40% Kentucky Bluegrass
30% Perennial Ryegrass
15% Chewing Fescue
15% Red Fescue

Performs best when fertilized with a root stimulator. Cover with 1/8 inch of soil. Will germinate in approx. 10-28 days when soil is around 50°. Keep soil evenly moist during germination. Unlike most grasses, this mix performs well when under shade conditions.

Seeding Rates
Bare Ground: 4-5 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
Established/Thin Lawns: 2-3 pounds per sq ft
For best results, wait to seed until last chance of frost has passed.
