This mix is one of our top sellers. A combination of Perennial Rye, Hard Fescue, Kentucky Bluegrass, and Chewing Fescue make for a drought and traffic tolerant turf lawn. This blend was specifically developed for the rocky mountain region. It produces a rich, dark green color, and germinates in temperatures above 60 degrees.

Seeding Rates

Bare Ground: 4-7 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
Established/Thin Lawns: 2-3 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
