Naturally improves the growth of all plants in the area. Grows best on well-drained silt, loam, and clay silt that have a fairly consistent supply of moisture. Natural soil improver, adds nitrogen. Can persist for long periods of time through natural reseeding.

Established/Thin Lawns .5-1.5 pounds per 1,000 sq ft
